Hasasin İlaç, in its capacity as data controller, has assumed responsibility for establishing the necessary organizational structure and taking and adapting the necessary technical measures in order to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or internationally,
• To request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• To request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
• To request that the operations carried out pursuant to the above paragraphs be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• To object to any result that arises against you due to the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer losses due to processing that is contrary to KVKK.
